Cardio/Sculpt: 1.5 hours in length; 45 min. of cardio and 45 min. of strength training, stretching, flexibility, core stability, abdominal work (may include use of stability balls, bands, body bars, hand weights). Get on the Ball: Strength training, stretching, flexibility, core stability, abdominal work using stability balls (may include use of stability balls, bands, body bars, hand weights). Group Cycling: A low-impact cardiovascular workout performed on Keiser free-wheel bikes. The program consists of approximately 40 minutes of riding, rhythmic and athletic drills conducted in a group setting to motivating music and instruction. Workshop is strongly suggested. Interval Step: Low and high step aerobics combined with upper body sculpting. Abs are included. Interval: 1.25 hours in length; 60 mins. of cardio/sculpt and 15 mins. of abdominal work — a complete body workout. Kick Boxing: The technique and training strategies of boxing and the martial arts are combined to create a high intensity interval workout. No equipment or experience is required. Kick Box/Sculpt: 1.5 hours in length; 45 min. of kick boxing and 45 min. of strength training, stretching, flexibility, core stability, abdominal work (may include use of stability balls, bands, body bars, hand weights). Pilates: A series of movements connecting mind and body, focusing on the powerhouse and building core muscle groups to improve circulation, posture, balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Workouts can be adapted to any fitness level. Power Yoga: Increase strength, flexibility, and balance, while simultaneously reducing stress. Learn to link body, breath, mind, and spirit. Workouts can be adapted to any fitness level.
Sculpt: Resistance training for every muscle group using a variety of equipment, bars, bands, stability balls and dumbbells. Abs are included. Self-Defense: Learn falling and rolling floor exercises, how to knock down an enemy with a finger and how to escape from hand and body holds. All ability levels are welcomed. Step: Step aerobics choreographed routines. Abs are included. All ability levels are welcomed. Tai Chi: Emphasizes relaxation, proper breathing, centering, alignment of musculoskeletal structures, Integration of mind and body, and circulation of Chi (energy). All ability levels are welcomed. Zumba: A Latin-infused cardio class with a dash of hip hop for our dance-loving members. All abilities welcome for this fun high-energy work-out. Hip Hop: A low-impact cardio class moving to a slower hip hop beat but high energy. All ability level welcomed. Sign-up is not required. Please be prompt for classes.
